^It's their job, it's what they do to make a living, you don't get born a cop.There are a lot of assholes but they're not all like that. Maybe it's different over here compared to in US, don't know that but I've seen decent cops before.

Not all cops are cool, but by that same theory, not all of them are power-hungry assholes either. Not trying to defend anyone, but I feel that police officers get stereotyped to an extent. Yeah, there are some crooked cops like Denzel Washington. But then there are some good ones, like Ethan Hawke.
