take the caution tape out, and blend the colors a lil more, and its sorta nice...
it looks REALLY jammed though, not a good look on a cover... not really feelin the cd title or the font for it...i wouldve gone wit a more grungy distorted type one? shouldve tried to make the backround more cartoonish as well, maybe throw a cutout filter on top of it? or even vector it if you know how.... definetly not your best though, work on a couple of things then it will be better... and yes i love vet status too....  ...
