woah this was a good battle... i liked the choice of topic and how both of you gifted ppl portrayed it... before i start propz to both of you....

Drama Queen - your verse was dope.... your structure was set up pretty much perfectly, your vocabulary and use of emotion in this peice was brilliant, flow was on point the whole way throught the peice from the start to end it kept to the topic and painted the picture well good verse... 8.5/10

Mizz fyre - you also had a dope verse, great structure, i liked ur choice of vocabulary, but you didnt have as much emotion as what DQ had, your flow was good and stayed on most of it but fell of in sum parts overall you had a good verse too 8/10...

nice drops......

an interesting approach to a fairly difficult topic, it took me two times to read through and finally get what you was saying. ya stayed on topic throughout which was good, once again ya structure was flawless, a nice use of multies in some parts also which added to ya flow....the vocabs was nice, nuthin overly basic, ya had some complex stuff in there. the imagery of ya verse was cool, some nice emotion and felling in there and overall a good drop.......7/10


again, another nice approach to the topic....structure was flawless to as was mizz fyre's.......ya drop had a nice feel to it, a lot of emotion in it and putting it in the form of a letter was a nice touch. ya delivered a real good image of the whole idea you was talking about.....ya vocabs was nice in the drop although i felt mizz fyre had ya beat slightly....i was definitely feelin ya verse and it was very easy to understand so props to that cuz the topic itself wasn't the easiest!!! 7.5/10

OVERALL: this was a close battle, a lot closer than last time but i think that DQ edged it out because i felt her verse was easier to understand and related to the topic more than mizz fyre....also becuz i didnt have to read DQ's twice before i actually got it, but then maybe i am stupid!!!

i loved mizz fyre's imagery in her piece.. and your interpretation of deaf ears as a female in an institution that has gone crazy.. i think that was creative and your flow made it sound nice. i loved Drama Queen's emotion in your piece.. and your interpretation of deaf ears referring to politics was very nice, i like how you connected with the reader on what could have been a dull topic.

the best part of this was:

^^this was very well written, and what made me lean more towards your piece than mizz fyre's.. i think you both did well but Drama Queen's piece had a greater effect on the reader which is the main goal to writing a topical. To have readers drawn into your piece and keep them interested.
