yea jus keep on rhymin the same word over and over and just practice wit ur self just freestyle on the top of ur head and sumtimes its frustratin and u mite get stage freight but u keep on practicin and act like noones around u
my boy has stage freight and he was good at freestylin
then one night at a party there was a contest a 4 round elimination and he signed up and he won just by actin like noone was there

so keep this in mind

Freestyling is something that comes natural to some people, I can freestyle for a very long time but I been writing and practicing also, just keep at it and it will fall into place if you in fact have the talent
