most bail conditions (unless it's something major like assaudling an officer -which could be something as simple as spitting at them or throwing something on hte ground and a piece if it getting anywhere near em, or them being hurt in the attempts to retain you) is just

"ok. give us money. If you don't show, we keep the $ and issue a warrant for your arrest".

Btu that assault man..shit, I hope you got a GREAT lawyer.

PS, not all drugs will stay in your system nearly s long as weed will. Coke stays in your system for 48hrs max - and even less if you keep drinking water/gatorade/etc till your piss runs transparent. I got a full blood test at a hospital 20hrs after geting into 1.75g of it and didn't turn up a single spec.

na my lawyer is kinda hopless, he's thru legal aid cause I dont have any money to pay for a lawyer, so its a court appointed guy. He trying his best though, but he gets intimidated by the judge.

I dotn think I will go inside cause I dont have much previous convictions, but still its allways in the back of my head.

Plus they put my court date off till december, so yeh.. i got a long time of waiting and worrying till I even have a clue if Im going inside or not..blah. take it when it comes.

as for the assualting officer thing.


I forgot to go to court on another case, a warrent for my arrest was issued..the police picked me up at my house at 530 in the morning............ In the patrol car we started arguing(me giving verbal abuse to them) which led to the officer smaking me in the side a my head with his albow then tryna punch me..I put my arms over my head and the fag eye gouged me.
once at the police station my new charge sheet said "assualting officer"

My face was bleeding and I asked for phots.They fags claimed "we have no camera in the station".

So its all dogie the whole thing. I have been interveiwed by the police complaints and everything. They dont have alot of ground to stand on with the charge.

My laywer said the most Ill get is 4 months remanded in custody. Im sure i could handle 4 months...but blah..I got till december to see what happens with that.
