Rochester has a puertorican festival coming soon on the 12th. The fucked up thing is that the festival is being held in an empty lot behind the police station and jail. They really tryin to lock people up easily.

horrible...........after i made this thread, i went out at 2:30 in the morning and STILL there were people there chilling............this ugly bitch tried to mack it to me all drunk but she had weed so we smoked and i bounced on her............got another bitches digits
