Its sort of like its own little mini culture. Not every hip hop head plays ball, and not every baller is a hip hop head. Although most are.. but not real hip hop. Some rappers play, sort of.. and some players rap (hot sauce ) but I dont know. It couldnt be considered an element.

But the real secret fifth element is beatboxing. Think about it. Its a huge part of hip hop..

Streetball...not nba, but streetball is a part of urban culture, not sure streetball is an elemant of hip hop as such, but streetball was a big part of hip hop when it was originated.....& OMB was right and beatboxin is a big elemant of hip hop......

but streetball certainly has an influence of the hip hop world....and it is a big part of the whole hip hop culture....
