for example.

i went to a few hip hop events on my travels to the states, they where all black inside except maybe the odd one or two... unless it was in a white populated area then it was all white.

but you go to a hip hop event in any city in the UK.

look in the crowed and you will see, white, black, asian, indian, mixed race.. youll see a whole mixture of people.

this is one of many reasons why the UK is better than the US lol

Lol well UK is better. But US is a young country who started being industrialized by a few of UK's ignorant people. =/ So for US to say we're better then ya'll would be like saying you're better then someone who taught you everything you know.

jus coz there's more white people and other races in hip hop venues it doesn't mean for a second that shit isn't as bad over here as over there...it's just means in my point of view that hip hop as a culture is more relaxed and more accepting towards other peoples of race and diversity...but you still got racist wankers out there...i mean KKK got 4 well known units in the UK i read up the other day...you see how many people are members of that KKK site i showed RV?...and a lot of of UK origin too...

i only used the hip hop culture thing as an EXAMPLE to prove my point.

look at our schools, more multi-cultural than american, american schools are mostly again seperated into race.

look at where people live, one again, they are multi-cultured.

america.. near enough all the run down places in america are populated by black people, thats something down to the government e.t.c

look at the council estates in our country... white, black, indian, asian populated... generally all living togeather rather than seperated into different areas for each race

the list is endless... the police over here are alot less likely to have bad actions due to discrimination.

the problem in this country is actually extremely minor compared to what its like in countries like america.

my family/relatives consist of white, black and indian.... i coud use so many examples to prove my point, but you obviously didnt take my EXAMPLE for what it was... an EXAMPLE.

wow you deffo get mad when people don't see ya point...jus coz we all living together it don't mean we're ALL happy people...what i'm trying to say and i do hear you when you say it's minor to U.S.A...but not minor...

Racial tension in my area is mad...asians only hang around wit Asians coz we used to have turf wars in Broadfield area coz Asian folk was takin ground and makin it their own...the amount of African people in Crawley now is astronomical to what it was 2-3 years ago...i hear people talkin angrily about how immigrants and people from other countries get better benefits and how they ain't need to work coz they over here and get a house straight off get grants...and we're left to struggle...believe me i know...

it's a lot easier now here though but some people are still angry as fuck coz basically this country is our home and they get more rights...but again some is racial tension others are pissed @ the way the government handles this ish...so i do see what you mean i'm jus saying...it's more bad than you make out and i'm saying it how i see it ain't no readin up facts and ish

To Be Honest...I Don't Know Why I Bothered

I feel you. But, what we need to understand is that the issue of race does come up sometimes in this country. I've always felt like this. No one, NO ONE can hold me down, white or black. I really don't care if the Grand BASTARD of the Ku Klux Klan doesn't like me because of my golden brown skin. I'm only concerned with what's due me. By that I mean this. If I work for a white man, anyman, for 5 hours at a rate of 5 dollars an hour, GIVE ME MY 25 dollars at the end of the day. That's all there is to it. Anyone who allows themselves to be hindered because of superficial and trivial traits such as skin color, or uses that as a crutch needs to reevaluate their strategy. The glass ceiling is real. But, remember, it's made out of "GLASS" and glass can shatter eaasily.

See if america was more like the UK I'd have alot more country pride. UK seems alot more mature. But our problems make our music illy.

for example

in america a white guy jumps on stage n says suttin like "america just witnessed u loose to a white guy" in a battle verse, ppl would laugh n be like "this kids got balls" e.t.c

but if that happened over here, that dude would get heckled n taunted n be dissed to fuck.

meaning that you have to come more creative when it comes to your battle verses.. meaning more skill is needed
