I think he's asking what would be a signing package. That's the first thing he said, then he started talking about all this free shit, man that's a great way to go out of business FAST. Free studio time? That'll encourage an artist to spend all day in that bitch while another artist makes no progress. People appreciate shit more and work much harder at it whne they have something on the line. You gotta rmemeber that Q is at the core a netcee trying to go 'big', so there's a LOT of absolute BULLSHIT that he has to un-learn - bullshit that gets circulated by mofos that don't know jack shit, right here on the net. "Free" being one of them. The fact that he said "free" and not "recoupable" says a fuck load about what he dosen't know about the music business, and asking dudes in middle and high school who are still wrestling with school shit what an offering (the thing he calls a 'signing package') would be when you should be talking to an entertainment lawyer and having them draft up the paperwork. A Music law book would be the bare minimum. This would be a typical contract for an indie label which is not much at all like a mainstream contract.

But of course Q is far too ignorant to ever directly ASK me for anything or actually say "wow, good looks". What do I know? lmao.
