omg install winrar and click on it.

It like.. opens itself and reveals all its secrets.

then just drag it to where you want it, or click extract... or you could just right click on the file and go extract here.

i clicked extract, and extracted it to a certain folder.. but then i go to the folder and theres nothing there.

just double click on the .rar file so you can see whats in it... then try highlighting the contents and dragging them into a diff window.

If it works, it works. If it doesnt, it should tell you what the problem is.
