Alright forget i even mentioned the whole suicide thing for a second 'cause ive been thinking about this for a long time:

About 99.9% of people living in north america or any part of the world think that they have it better or are superior to a group of people who have not been exposed to technology or even anything outside the world they live in...

Take for example people living in a rainforest or something on an island where little to no people have ever been. These tribes (yes, they do exist)... know nothing of t.v, hollywood, fashion, technology of any sort, housing, medicine... NOTHING. They live a life the way God intended them to. They deal with sickness or injury by their own methods... they hunt and cook their food by their own methods... They build their own shelters... They do everything the way a caveman would.

This poses the question: Is our life really better than theirs, or is our ignorance leaving us blind to how we should be living our lives?

Each day people are exposed to stresses. I could list 1000 if I had the time. Just to name off a few... I gotta worry about:
-education to get a solid job for the future
-living paycheck to paycheck
-holding down a job to support a family some day
-busting my ass 24/7 because the second I start to slip is the second my future gets fucked.

People living the way that they should be have to worry about much less things than a North American. Think about it. They don't have to worry about anything other than hunting, building shelter, and natural disasters.

These people don't have to worry about looking good, they dont have to be stressed out 24/7 about one thing or another. They hunt, eat, have fun doing whatever they do and then do it all over again. They wouldn't even find their lifestyle difficult at all because they were born into it and were raised to hunt for their entire lives. They have to worry about virtually nothing. And what's more, life still fascinates these people.

We are so ignorant thinking that we have it great in life because we have all these material goods. That's a crock of shit. Imagine for a second, living a life free of all the bullshit you have to deal with, fuck, you don't even gotta shower if you don't want to. Imagine living, being able to do whatever you want, however you want, whenever you want to...and nobody says a thing to you....

It depends on your view. I mean, once you get a taste of it, you crave more so once we got a taste of technology we kept getting more. You also have to remember there though that the death rate is much higher because of the lack of medicines, but the deaths are fewer depending on locations because of the lack on contamination.

Also it depends on how you weigh out life. Are the things you work for worth the pain you go through? If not, then you may want to reconsider what you are doing in life and try another plan. Everyday we all suffer but what we make out of the suffering defines us as a person. So in reality, is it ignorance, or is it the fact that we crave luxuries?

Oh, and we could all list off our troubles, but what good is it looking at the negative aspects of our lives?

You don't have to fight in 120 degree weather and worry about dying with no way for your family to get an income after you are gone. You don't have to think about where you are gonna live since you have no job and no shelter at all.

You are getting an education, you have a job with a steady income, you are able to read and write, you can speak your mind without getting in trouble, you live in some kind of house, you have technology to bring you happiness, you can talk to people you know and love, you are able to have money, you can eat, drink, sleep, all in the comfort of knowing that you will not die because of a foreign country. What you need and what you want is something you need to really look at. Cuz you may think you need certain things, but you will live without them. You just want them and you are use to them. Cut off your internet if you need extra money, you will save $120+.

But you want that luxury don't you? Those who live for luxuries will find themselves broken by greed.

It is impossible to live a stress free life, no matter where you go you experience stress. Sickness, family, eating, getting food, all is stress.

It all depends on what you value. Live how you want to live, but be ready for what it will take to live like that. It's like buying a house with a $800 month rent with a minimum wage job and complaining. Just doesn't make sense. Whatever life you want, you know what it will take and how much it will take to achieve your goals. You can complain, but if you only do it because of society, then you're probably gonna quit anyway.

I used to feel the same way. I even attempted twice, three times if you include living a self-destructive lifestyle. It's IMPOSSIBLE to be depressed once you realize that your depression stems from OTHER PEOPLE'S opinion of you, and not from your own opinion of your self. You'd feel like you're on cloud nine till someone tries to come up with reasons you shouldn't be.
