i used to play rugby untill a few years back when i got tackled by the legs n my it snapped my knee cap... cnt play no more, got my knee fixed up with metal plate n bolts to hold togeather.

lol nah just my knee is basically metal, the rest of my leg is normal, it was just the knee cap that was destroyed, my other leg is fine though

word...i got twisted ankle ligaments when i was younger that kept me from playing footie for AGES...after that it was only pissin around football and i played for the first time last night in 6-7 months and i'm really outta shape...but ima make it more regular and see how my legs handle it

i tried playing rugby like a year n half later when i was recovered but my knee is kinda un-stable still n even now it feels wierd as fuck moving cos its not natural if u get what i mean, i wanna start playin again but gonna have to stop smokin n build my lung capacity back up n get my muscles back into shape lol

ye i know...i used to be one of the best runners in my old school...and this was after the injury i got but the pain i used to go through fucked me up because where the ligaments weren't positioned right basically parts of my bone would rub together i do think it's a lot better than before, i lost my footing a couple of time last night but for now ima put that down to jus bein unfit...but ligaments don't get better...so ima bit cautious

yeah when its a ligament injury u wanna be VERY carefull, my mate ignored the doctors advice and tried playing again when he fealt fine, and the first tackle he got into he fucked his leg up, walks with a perminant limp now n hurts more or less every day, will never be able to do any sports again, so just be VERY carefull whatever u do.
