okay, here's the deal... this was for the Greatest RAPPERS of all time, not the greatest lyricists of all time... and i firmly believe that Jay-Z IS the best RAPPER that's done it when you take everything into consideration: lyrics, overall song quality, sales, business, star-qualities... all part of being a RAPPER... its not just about who can write the best metas, lol...

big daddy kane was sick, owned the old school, Big L was sick dont get me wrong, but he dropped like what, 2 albums and a couple mixtapes before he died... this is the greatest rappers of all time, you gotta show more longevity then that (even he didnt really have a chance too, RIP Big L...)
