$4500 is a blessing you don't have room enough to receive?

You think God's only blessed me with 4500? I said this is A BLESSING God has given me. And, why are you mad? This is my plasma TV money.

Your concept of money and wealth is a far cry different from mine...To me, I'm rich already. Wealth is something different. My job is just a means. The money that I have after I pay bills, give my tithes and offerings is Pocket change. My job is not the source of my sustenance. God is my source. I am wealthy because I have access to unlimited resources. The only limitation being my own mind-set.

When you learn to be happy for others, you'll be blessed yourself.

Then quit your job and see if God pays your bills with random blessings. It just doesn't work like that, you are getting money because you have a job.

If anything money is a curse... Think about it for a second. If Jesus was alive today, and he got $4500 dollars, what do you think he would do? I definitely DON'T think he would spend it on a plasma TV for his apartment, so he can have slightly crisper image quality while he watches a football game, while people are dying and suffering and in desperate need of love.

I am not telling you to give away the money or whatever, but stop kidding yourself. You are NOT selfless, you are selfish! That's just the way things are. Say sorry and move on, don't think "Oh, im special, God is blessing me because I give a little bit of my change away every pay check, I am a chosen child of God and God loves and cares for me more than other people so he gave me $4500 and blessed me." By doing that you're just being even more selfish and delusional.

God loves you as much as he loves that crack addict bum that lives in an alley and murdered some dude earlier in his life. He loves you as much as he loves Osama Bin Laden, as much as he loves Hitler, as much as he loves the white dudes that lynched blacks for no reason. If you consider $4500 a blessing, as in a repayment for something you've done, then you are a materialistic fool and you don't understand anything. Yeah, it's helpful, but you are "blessed" in so many other ways which you apparently don't care about as much as money. Basically everything is a blessing, so don't be ungrateful. If some dude punches you in the face and steals your $4500 then you should thank the lord because you are alive and got to feel a punch and theft in your lifetime. If you saw a leaf being blown by the wind, you should be so grateful that you would be happy to die right then and there because your life was fulfilled and you required nothing more.

If your whole family was killed in an earthquake or something, you can be sad, but you should be grateful and consider it a blessing as much as you have this money that you got.

You see what I'm saying? By being "more" thankful or whatever for this money it shows that you are biased towards "worldly" shit (as in the bible's meaning of worldly), which is exactly what you're not supposed to be. You could say you are thankful for the other stuff, but your actions say something different.

You have no concept of seasons of sowing and reaping. When God gives you something, it's for you to have. Before that time comes, there are lots of rejections, lots of struggle. The reason being, God prepares us for what he wants us to have.

The truth is, with or without this blessing I'd have my place furnished. I believe that God's favor on me is as such that people would literally GIVE it to me.

You have no concept of this PERSONAL relationship with God because Buddhism and whatever else you believe in doesn't teach that.

When God give me wealth, it isn't just for me. It will be so that I can continue being a blessing to those around me. Me earning well over 6 figures will be so that I can do the things God has placed in my heart to do. All the finer things in life will be the cherry on top.

I'm in a state of abundance right now. 4500? That's pocket change.

Why does God favor you over other people? I am sorry to tell you this, but the "will" of God is every single thing that happens. You are wealthy because you work hard for your money and you have drive for success, not because God handed you cash on a silver platter.

If your logic is true, then God is blessing Columbian drug lords for their great service to humanity... Ruining countless lives and families, and causing drug addiction. But hey, they get lots of women and have lots of money, it must be a blessing from God.

What about a homeless preacher, so happy with the Lord's word that he wants to spread it to others, and try his best at leading others to salvation. Unfortunately many people like this exist, and most of them, like every other hobo, will die an early, painful death caused by disease or general unhealthiness.

The world isn't made of rainbows and sunshine and blessings for people who give 10% of their paycheck away and don't know exactly where it goes. I am not saying there is anything wrong with this world, I'm just saying you're acting odd. In case you forgot, you're a sinner, but God loves you no matter what it is you do. You can't win God's favor, and trying to do so is a selfish endeavor.

What you are doing is like saying to God, who has GIVEN you his love and blessings, "Oh, thanks God for rewarding me for my actions and favoring me over others because of the things I have done, it's good to know that you've given me your blessing because of a few actions that I've done." Sure, be happy God has blessed you, but don't go around claiming shit like "Ohh, sowing and reaping, God just blesses me because I'm a nice guy." If anything, God blesses you because HE is a nice guy.

And so what if I'm not a christian... Don't forget, it's against your religion to judge someone because of their religion. Just because I no longer label myself a Christian, doesn't mean I know nothing of God.



Is that so... Peace only to the people who are Sons of God? Who, may I ask, is NOT a son of the father? Are you trying to tell me that I'm not a child of God?
