As far as the "I Run Newyork" thing...really, who doesn't say they run, or they are the king of newyork? or I run things in general? it's somthing that has become very common in the hiphop/rap culture So it's nothing to be suspicious about and it was also another shot at Ja Rules "New York" track.

d-block, dipset, nas, cassidy, blackwallst., fat joe, rocafella(when 50 makes up his mind about beefing), shyne, etc. all s***ed on G-unit. ja rule in my opinion is still a better lyricist than 50 but he just got out shined at the time cuz people we're gettin' tired of ja and we're caught up in the hype of a new guy from shady/aftermath. so people just wrote it off as a win for 50. banks buck and prodigy are the only lyrically talented people out of that squad.
