lol that game was HORRIBLY officiated iin first 2, then got a lil better, but still some bs going around in 3rd. But 4th was FINALLY evenly officiated, and y'all saw what happened.

Of course, Lakers didn't help their cause with their shitty defense and lack of rebounding.AND Celtics played some great basketball. But there was ton of BS fouls called on Lakers, and no-calls when they was on offense that stopped the Lakers from being able to pick up any kind of momentum early on. Like when Rondo raped Gasol for the steal, then kicked it out to Allen for 3. and all the times kobe got hammered going to hole.

Phil Jackson said it best saying, "It's incredible how Leon Powe went to the line more times than the LAkers did the whole game in just a 5 minute span"

even Michael Wilborn was talking bout it, saying "NBA won't like me saying this, but the calls should go LA's way at LA after this game" and shit like that.

but I keep telling y'all, Pierce is like the only one who fucking WANTS the ball in the end of the game. When lead was dwindling, KG was doing nothing, missing jump shots, then always passing. Allen missed some shots, only Pierce seemed like he wanted the ball.

Lakers cut it to 2 with 38 seconds left. Then pierce, drove in and got fouled on a lay-up with 22 left, and made both FTs. then Lakers ran bs play and didn't get ball to kobe, and game over lol

ROFL @ ran BS play and didn't get the ball to Kobe. Kobe is one of the premier clutch players in the NBA. He doesn't even start getting any points until like the 3rd quarter....lol. That was definitely a good game down the wire though.


But you can't really blame the refs for the Lakers playing like shit. Did you see when Leon Powe went pretty much coast to coast uncontested for the dunk? That pretty much summed up the game....lol

listen its hard to call fouls in favor of a jump shooting team even phil stated that and so didn t espn why do you think the celts had issues with atlanta cuz they kept jump shooting and atlanta killed em in the foul shot catagory the lakers will need to man up and get physical and go to the lane to have a shot

^nah but yo, when they did they got hacked (Not all the time) but times they did, and they didn't get calls. Like remember when Kobe did his spin move and lay-up, pierce got his arm or whoever. Then he gets T'd up. Then on that Alley-up. someone got kobe's arm. and Kobe just gave him that ill stare LOL shit made me chuckle.

but it wasn't mostly no-calls, there were a lot of BS fouls. Like Jeff Van Gundy said it best "How are you gonna call 2 horrible foul calls that can so drastically change the path of an NBA finals game?" Every article I read about game, agrees that refs were one sided most of the game. Even bill simmons.

BUT.... Lakers didn't helkp their cause. Yes, they played pretty good on offense for most part. but their lack of D, and rebounding ultimately killed them. I mean fuck, letting pierce penetrate like that to draw the foul was wack too lol.

But not taking anything away from Celtics, they played great. Only problem with them is just not being able to close out games. But word "SEE YOU IN LA"!
