exactly this story makes no sense....almost every bail condition/probation recognizance contains no alcohol and usually drugs/firearms n the same old shit.so they wouldnt go to that extent to catch u.

ur p.o. might show up at your house n check up on u but they wouldnt kick the door down with a search warrant that sounds like bs.


and just because u breached ur conditions,usually they would just charge with with failure to comply. sometimes they make the conditions harsher after u breach them especially after the first time.

what are the original charges?
u'd have to be doin something pretty serious for them to just put the same charges back on u man...drinkin a little wouldnt usually do it n it aint up the the p.o. its up to the judge

and they didnt bust the door down to just catch me..but cause of noise violation/though that there were minors drinking.....and this is my third violation

noise violation is a $500 fine IF you've had a warning before...not a search warrant...

pending on how much times you violate it here its 150$ fine then up to 300 then 500 on the third warning.

not currently i just see a counsler once a week....but i did inpatient rehab outpatient rehab relapse prevention all that shit

damn bro imagine being in my scenario I plead guilty and got 36 weeks domestic Violence I'm on my 35th class this up comming wendsday night. which I have to do every wendsday night. plus im on diversion and I have to pay my diversion officer and my classes. i pay 25$ per DV class and like 90$ per month to my diversion officer.

You should've thoroughly looked over that warrant. For a judge to issue a warrant based off a "noise violation" is some serious bullshit. They could've been fucking with you and not actually had a warrant, in which case your attorney could get you off on something.

I don't know, I'm no lawyer, but I know a little bit about how the legal system works, and that doesn't sound at all like it's plausible to attain a "noise violation" search warrant. Hope it all works out though, law enforcement can be a bitch sometimes.

but if he was in inpatient/outpatient then it could have been some bs about drugs....but they have to inform him what they have a warrant for as well as show it

no we didnt even get charged with a noise violation....there is no noise ordinance in this county...such bull shit... and i have a copy of the warrent and its a bunch of lies... it says right on there warrent issued for noise complaint
