It's simple. Constant had more punches and complexity.

Restricted get more intrcicate and always try to improve your rhyme scheme even if you develop your own style or something keep exploring new things otherwise you won't improve.

Constant-

- an okay intro... punch harder
- good flows and good multies... but lacked metaphors and punches
- dont say nigga so much... geez
- lol you said "your ass is grass"
- not that great closer...but not a bad verse.

Restricted-

- you are getting docked points for reading his entire verse and making quotes from it before you spit. you shouldnt read his shit anyways... just spit and then talk your shit if you have to. you are also getting docked points for poor sportsmanship.
- good punch in the first line
- follow up is not good... i am already losing interest.
- the fact that you have such poor sportsmanship makes me not even wanna read your verse.........
- lines are not good... you are writing WAY too much... and nothing is really stikking out...
- nothing really flows that well... and this is EXTREMELY hard to read...
