American blood will be spilled on that soil in order to help keep the peace. Bush is also giving 10 million dollars towards the effort as well.

if i may quote Colin Powell:

"Throughout its existance the United States has fought many battles outside its borders. American blood has been spilled on the soil of nations overseas. We dont ask for money..we dont occupy...the only thing that we ask for is enough land to bury those who wont come home."
