Exactly. Kids who grow up around alcohol do not see it as something that is forbidden to them. It's like reverse psychology. They'll have no reason to drink as much as they can once alcohol is made available. In the US, its funny to see someone who is tanked and can't even walk straight. Elsewhere, people look down at those who are totally drunk.
