It's seems as if the prosecution admits the guy was only doing what the victim wanted. Like in the case of Dr. Kavorkian, assisted death is a far smaller crime than homocide.

Well I suggest that all you net thugs out there (and you know who you are) ever have to kill someone (cuz you're hard as shit), make sure you eat a portion of the victim. Then later you can use either insanity or canibolism as a means to reduce your sentence... This is whack!
