yah i feel bad for these people... but the mayor gave an evacuation notice... also people complain we're too poor and have no car to evacuate.. the red cross was giving transportation.. so the people that were left.. really as sad as it is to say it.. its there fault..

Black Queen...hurricanes get bad. Anyone who thinks a hurricane won't do damage and don't at least run out of the way to ensure that they don't get caught up in it is a retard.
