ehh, Well, you cant look at the big picture, cause the big picture got cut short. Sooo, I think he is overrated, based on what people rate him on. Ok, he had great poetry and lyrics. And you could tell he was feelin every song he was into... but a lot of cats think this guy was THE best... No, not at all. He was one of the best at the time, but then his time ended, and now he is just a legend. Along with biggie, you cant really say who was better, because they each had different approaches. And neither of them can be called GOAT, because we have no recent stuff to base them on, and some recent underground shit, and a few mainstream cats have the talent to change your mind about the GOAT.
Thats why he is overrated nowadays... i agree if he was alive he would most likley be... but, hes dead. So,
