Actually, it goes Highest Ranked Team VS Lowest Ranked Team 2nd Highest Ranked Team VS Second Lowest Ranked Team and so on.....doesn't matter who you battled in the previous round. If you were ranked 64th and beat the guy ranked 1st, you are still ranked 64th and have to battle the guy ranked 2nd. That is the purpose of ranks
