That means niggas was telling me how fuckin ill this nigga was for like 3 months. I am sitting here like "Damn, nigga must be ILL.". So i'm trying to listen to some of his shit and am not impressed at all. I NEVER said he was whack. I NEVER said I was better. Overrated means that he is rated higher than he should be.
