man where YOU been at C.A.L.I. dude?...maybe it's just me but being "lyrical" IS all about telling a better story, and NOT about punches...you gonna riddle a radio track with HELLA punches?...then you'd just be Lloyd Banks (who really isn't even sikk wid punchez no way)...I mean honestly, hiphop is all about telling stories through your words, making the listener really imagine and get a real feeling for what you're saying, not who can diss who better...that's why people that are shitty "Rappers" and not "emcees" like 50CENT are #1 selling rap artists when they shouldn't be cuz they don't even do the art correctly and in my lowly opinion, are a complete MISrepresentation of the art, music and lifestyle of "HipHop" in general

all battles are real, if the person has more skills than you then you've been "son"d if they blow your ass out the water...but C.A.L.I. on some real shit, no hate or beef, if you wanna know if you really got skills quit battling here where everyone knows you (notice I didn't say "where everyone dick rides you") and see if you get as many voTes elsewhere at a place where nobody knows you...that's how you determine if you're good or not, wins in places where you're not known mean more than wins where everyone knows you, just like how an away game just means more than winning a home game in sports...kill somebody in their own spot and it just means more...

but yeah, topical battles are just as valid as regular battles where more direct punches come into play...and people NEED to start getting signed off things besides how well they battle, who you know comes out with an album of battle tracks and will sell records?...that's why heads like Jin and Cassidy can free they asses off but can't write a track for shit once tey gotta put out albums they be on skraight "dummy" yo...there's more to showing off skills than just battling and maybe "topical" is what the person's better than you at, talk shit all you want to, if you're big shit then you can beat 'em at their own game so quit complaining about it not being a "real battle" if it's topical and just write something better than they do...and quit bitching about text shit when you're audio man, WTF?!...*slaps C.A.L.I. with a old shoe*
