OK, so I was sent a letter which contained an address and instructions on what to do when I get there. Me, being a curious person follwed the instructions and ended up in an abandoned hospital. As the letter had said, I find a note on what used to be the front office, it says I must go to operating room A, so im walkin around this old, musty, half demolished building and start to get the chills, the place stinks of death and those musty smells that come only with age. I finally reach the door to the operating room and there is a note, that says 'You have been chosen by the highest of medical authorities for a task, that if u wish to take could revolutionise medical science and save millions of lives, you will be given a choice....be brave."

so i open the door, look around the room, its like an old style, victorian operating theatre with the table in the middle and seats in a circle around the walls, so that audiences can see the surgery taking place. On these seats are my friends and my family all of them have duct tape over their mouths,they all look anxious, and a doctor is standin beside a particularly nasty lookin set of medical tools.

He looks at me seriously and says 'Bethany,as u are here now, it means u have read my various letters and notes. I am offering u a chance 2 have ur name in the history books forever. u are probably wondering why i have chosen u,well studyin medical records I noticed a large trend in deaths in ur family occurring from cancer. I know it has devestated u to watch those u love die from this awful illness and I thought u may like the chance to help me cure it....but here is the catch, I need to perform invasive surgery on ur body, I will need to test my antidotes and medicines, I will need to experiment with the cancer cells in ur body to make them develop and then eventually cure it using a process of trial and error, It is a long hard process, it will be immensely painful, beyond anything u have ever felt and the subject needs to be concious throughout every experiment, no anasthaetic can be given. As u can see ur family are around the room, bound to their chairs, U have a choice, U can choose to put ur sister (who I no, raised u and ur little brother and u love her like a mother) or ur brother, (who u have always been extremely protective over and swore to let no harm go his way) through this process, instead of urself. The rest of ur family will observe the experiment to bear witness to a medical miracle, If u are foolish and refuse to pick someone, I will medically increase the development of ur friends and families cancer cells and leave them here to die slowly in front of u and the world will be left with this excruciating illness......u cannot confer with ur family, the decision must be urs alone...good luck"
