I think people should start writing their verses earlier in the week so people don't need to use lame excuses on thursday night, but I guess that's just me.

I like the idea Nick, as long as its going under the assumption that if Kempo says an extension is granted, the battler can't deny that. The battler only has the option to allow an extension if Kempo doesn't grant it.

Yes, that is basically what I meant.

I mean after all, Kempo is the moderator and his authority trumps everyone else's in the league. So, if he grants the extension then whoever is getting the extension has time to write a verse. If their opponent doesn't like it then they can suck dick.
But, if Kemp doesn't grant the extension then the battlers opponent still can grant it... and that would be the only time Kempo's authority would be over-ruled.


But fuck man, if some dude asks for an extension and gets granted it and then still doesn't drop a verse... his ass needs to catch the boot.

I've never been leniant. John Hensley, probably the biggest rep on the net, I made him lose in the champ match cos he didn't post his links. So basically, both of your arguments are completely invalid. You're both just moaning cos you lost a battle via some sort of rule that you didn't feel you should of. Think about from firstly my perspective, then secondly the other persons perspective as your own. Maybe then you'll realise that what you're saying is pointless.

Yes, you showed up on time but your partner no-showed. Two people late showing up as a team together, is better (In my opinion before you say anything) than one person showing up on time and one person showing up late. Hence Mets & Username going through.

Aight Tavarez, I agree actually. I think ima change the rules so that if your like 12 hours past the deadline then the person your battling can decide whether or not he wants the battle to go ahead. But if its below 12 hours then I decide.
