ROFL. i agree that macs are better for music and shit, but when it comes to actual shit, pcs have WAY better graphics cards. way more expandable. Way less expensive, and you can manually work on them alot easier.

you cant really get a new soundcard for a mac. games dont work on mac. ALOT if not MOST programs that are not million dollar companies will not work on mac.

but if your a artist, get a mac.

if your looking for entertainment, get a pc.

and that's that. there's a reason windows rushed "LongHorn" aka Windows Vista then delayed it!! Windows Vista is a blatant knock off of the mac system, OSX. Microsoft even jumped out of it's roots in DOS and picked up Linux just like OSX.

far as programs and shit, yea they run smoother alot fo the times, but mac is kinda goofy =/. the user has MUCH more control using windows than using mac. everything is pretty much Set for you on mac.


and name ANY of the newest most-played online games that work on mac ROFL. and im a game person. i own a Alienware PC, that has some of the most powerfull handpicked combination of computer parts out to date.

mac is more of a practical computer users computer.

and as far as turnin my pc into a server, yea, thats also another cool thing about pcs. you can make em a dedicated server. which is dope as fuck.

at the end of the day, PC's more than compete with macs. thats like comparing apples and oranges in my eyes.

ooone more addition -_-.. macs dont have coolin systems. not even their laptops. Unless the New generation via 05-06 has not put them in their systems. thats why the old macs screen would get fucked up.

by the way, there is absolutely nothin special about the mac its self. its the OS that the mac is runnin gon. Which is bassically just linux. so why not buy a cheaper PC and put linux on it. -_-. pcs on linux can still play games also

Nope, wrong again. G5's are "last gen". they're still considered Powermacs, not Intelmacs.



I already gave you a link to that. it's called Virtual PC. Matter fact, it's so good that Microsoft bought the program from the orig developer connetix and re-named Microsoft Virtual PC. BTW, VPC isn't any where near the only program that runs windows on a mac.

That's your personal preffernce so it's not really a "point". I've used PC's the first half of my life and i think they're a complete joke ever since i got into macs. macs just work son. and it's moot point, not mook. And i agree w/you, if it don't work thn it's useless, which is why the fastest PC in the world is still a future paperweight waiting to be crippled by the next new virus.

eh. most work places in MIssouri run windows. and i would believe that most of them in other states would aslo. pretty much. i have never been to a workplace that ran on macs yo. unles its music or multimedia. i mean some schools do, but they really dont to much matter.


lol. and most home users use PCs. i mean, no matter how many problems you say pcs have, they still are the standard right now. they might not be the BEST (which is totally a matter of opinion and not fact), but they are way more popular than macs.
