Meh this isn't that good. I'm not a Jay fan butI don't hate him either. I just think it's funny he 'retired' then dropped an album the next year.

It wasn't the next year. His last album was 3 years ago. And his contract when he signed with Def Jam said, 9 albums under Def Jam,and he only did 8. So,in a way, jay is smart,he's avoiding any misunderstandings in the future,seeing how he the president of def jam now,but you never know...and he's giving the fans what they want by dropping another 1...dudes boutta make BREAD off this album. I swear I'm buying at least 3 of em. I mean,that's only about 25..but it'll be worth it,cause jay has influenced me a lot.

So the numbers are off. But he sold shitloads of units on 'The Black Album', because it was supposedly his last. Not saying he couldn't go Platinum but I knowI only bought it cuz I figured his last would be a collectible some day. Guess I'm fucked with a CD I don't want. lol I just think it's weird. Seems like he mmilked the 'Retirement' ticket, and is now tryna milk the 'Reunion' ticket.

I don't see why he would need to milk anything to promote his album. Jay is a great rapper,and outside of RV has milions of loyal fans..and how is it dickriding? Every1 has a favorite and they stand by they favorite...
Jays gonna sell regardless
