Maybe a perfect being --- the definition of perfect being set by the highest power, I suppose --- would be someone that is greedy. Maybe a perfect being could be someone who is dead. Maybe a perfect being could be anything. You don't know, don't attempt to put your own human label on perfection because it'll always be imperfect due to inexact knowledge.

As for having preordained destiny, whatever. Does it make a difference if you're doing your own thing or following in the footsteps of destiny? Either way, what happens happens. It's not like having one thing over the other makes one path have more happiness than the other.
