You know how amazingly simple this is to figure out? Check it. Because if God were to keep every single person from dieing and suffering, the world would over populate and there'd be no room for anyone to live. Then you can argue "well why doesn’t he keep everyone alive and not suffering and then make the world larger?" Cuz if he did that then wtf is the point of heaven?
