Yeah, I know this kid, he posted on RB...

And with the parents numb, whose taking care of kids? Whose making them go to school?!
Nobody, thats why they are droppin out.
Kids drop out of school they cant get a good job, no job means no money, no money means poverty. Poverty means anything being done to eat. Such as violence.

theres many references where God has allowed that. read Job, but mainly he doesnt rule "The Earth" but people of the earth who choose their will over God's,thus controlling all the life situations you posted and even africa's poverty.
