I'm there at 6:00 am every morning. I live a little over an hour away from where the store is. So i'd have to leave that early. I had to be there at 6:00 to do stock/shelf count and then invetory then I had to put all the phones and promotion posters up then I had to set up the computers and then get ready to start selling for the day

Well that's just my base pay. I make commision as well. So 15 bucks an hour plus whatever I sell, once I work for a month it's 20.00. Plus I got medical, dental, and 401 k, so i'm content with my job

And when it comes to selling cell phones, it's all about knowing the phones and plans. But when it comes to sales, it's all about pitching, stopping, and CLOSING. A lot of people can pitch and stop, but not many people can close that well. It took me a while to get used to it, but I plan on moving to cars after this. My uncles a General Manager for a big car dealership up here in Washington. So once I get some experience doing this i'll be doing that. But for now i'm content making 4 g's a month.
