not really, a light punch hits first, then the super or ultimate is triggered, you don't have time to jump or block because the light punch is fast and allows for a follow up combo right away like if I were to throw a medium punch after a light connects you wouldnt be able to block it, cept instead it's a super/ultimate that follows
chun-li is nice, but I find the super/ultimates that she has hard to use along with vega too and all the other dudes whos shits are the same buttons or resemble the same
