Actually they're the same thing..
Would you excersise your mind or work your mind out? Does it make a difference? No.
The form of excercise or working out that makes you lose weight is Cardiovascular excercise. By jogging or doing cardio you not only lose weight but you gain leg muscle slower than you lose weight. So check yourself...Buddy!
