it doesn't matter if he banned or not.He still dropped a verse.He Didn't cheat and Played it fair.And why should it matter if you losed to someone who is banned or not?It's about who has the better verse over the other person.Not about who's banned and who's not.

As for the rules for closing old battles.. if the battle is closed, the other person can ask to have it reopened one time if he disagrees with the closing. Then after 3 more weeks, the battle will be closed permanently
