Regarding all the Pac bs: Pac didn't have that good of a flow, but he was an excellent writer. He was a poet, and he could touch so many different people on many different levels. As an em cee, he might be overrated. However, as an artist.. he's not. His lyrics are great. He did have some golden moments as an em cee too though. 'So Many Tears' is an example of that. Perfect flow, perfect beat, perfect everything.

Now.. overrated = Eminem, 50, Snoop Dogg
