Ya, the idea would work in some aspects, but overall would not help RV.
Make the post count 1000 posts to get a crew forum. Make crews pay 5,000 a member to stay up. (Every other week) etc.... Deleting and choosing people will do nothing. Some people may not be the best in battling, but they have good leadership.
