Actually a more qualified white man will lose a job or scholarship to a black man or woman with lesser qualifications due to affirmative action.
Its very commonplace. In fact I was instructed to find a minority or woman to fill a position just last week. Sad thing was my most qualified applicant was a white male. The worst part was I had to hire the black man who was slightly less qualified to make the company happy.

I'm management... I will only be happy for the man if he does his job well. I'm looking solely at productivity.... and that should be my determining factor in hiring/firing people... not the color of their skin.

^Not true. I've been turned down for jobs before due to being white. Most of the first applicants were white...so the prodominant work force was white. For instance...I applied at Wal-Mart in St. Louis when I was 18. They told me due to the fact they only had 2 black people on staff(Not due to turning them down...due to there being a lack of black applicants) that I was not an option for hiring due to some minority laws for the workforce...and they had to meet a ratial quota. I was also turned down from the first 4 magnet schools I applied to because I wasn't a minority. Keep on feeding bullshit that you think is true...I have plenty of friends with experiences and plenty of personal experiences to counteract any arguments you put up.

I never said MLK was not a very great an influencial man.
But never again say White people have 11 months or what-have-you...
You do realize in coming to this country the white man was essentially a slave...
It was the system of indentured servitude. Now I am not making light at all of the black, asian, mexican, gay, etc, struggle.... but you must realize that every race, sex, social class have their own struggles and bouts with racism/sexism/discrimination.

Did I ever say ever once that white poeple have had it perfect since the begining of time??????? NO! and what i ment by 11 months is tru, U only learn about Black history for one month the rest of the year ure in school u learn mostly about white poeple and historical figures. Thers a fuckin reason nonbody knows allmost any black invetors or clasical writers CUZ THEY NEVER TEACH U ANY! they make it sound like ALL civilization was started and ruled and made and maintained by whites, which if u look it up is allmost completly the opposite.

So im not sayin nobodys more imortant then anyone else Im jus saying there is aneed for black history month and no need whatever for a whole month devoted to jsu white history cuz the rest of the school year is pretty much white history.

White people are never beat by police cuz of the fact that they are white, unlike black people or hispanics or arabs who get they ass kicked simply for that fact they are that colour. and dont pretend u dont know cuz after 9/11 a arab or indian person couldnt walk down the street wtout gettin yelled or beaten at.

I was beaten by a black cop...
Actually two black cops. I eventually got the first fired as he was drinking and the job and attacked me without just cause.
