Same Page, there's this one beatmaker up north in my state that I look up to but it isn't a single beatmaker, it's a group, and I wrote over 15 full songs to their beats and they are all amazingly dope (because I don't write shitty music) and I memorized the lyrics and I get props from everyone that I spit for, even rappers, who tell me that I'ma make it, but I don't want to make it, i just want people to fall in love with my music and purchase it.
The problem is, these fuckers up north are charging $500.00 exclusive rights for a damn beat to my broke ass so I can buy like .. 2. So I'm pissed because I want THEIR BEATS ONLY and they won't fuckin' do it for any less than that amount. They'll sell out, that "1 time use only" lease shit but if you want it exclusive to perform on stage 'n' shit they charge tremendously out the ass.... Is there any way I can have a beatmaker re-make their beats 4 me? Just wanted to know 'cuz you're the beatmaker here not me..
