Okay, since you proved you're an idiot (one should guess that since you're 30 something and work at Wendy's) let me spell it out for you. First off, when people say something is played they don't mean someone else said it once or twice. It means it's been done over 100 times and the person saying it's played has seen it done multiple times. If somethings done, 3 or 4 times before it still has a fresh effect since it's highly likely majority of people haven't read it. Also, you can get around this by flipping a played concept in a unique and clever way that actually makes that played concept have more freshness to it. That however is something you are not capable of doing so ignore the first part.
And about personals? Wrong again. Let me spell it out for you. Take Eminem for example. The first time he battled, I'm sure calling him white would have got an "OHHHH" from the crowd. Same with the 2nd, and maybe the 3rd. But after the 10th time, it gets old, it's lost it's wow factor. Now, if someone flipped that with wit, then sure. Oh, and what's worse then played personals?
