I know you can flip an old concept fresh. I've flipped the mom jokes, fat jokes, gay jokes in about every possible way I can think of. Then I went and flipped the gay joke AGAIN this week with something different. Personally, I didn't think I flipped it that well, but people seem to love it.

That is one point I have been trying to make. People think I am trying to say I'm the pinnacle of text talent, but I'm not.

The only punch I've dropped in this league that I thought was really good was the pro'grammes shit.

I mean, that bob the builer shit I dropped in TIP last week was fucking straight garbage. Simple wording, no harshness and it came off as corny and childish as fuck. And yet somehow it found its way into the vote for the best shit and ended up tieing for most votes.

Like.. WHAT THE FUCK!?!?

The fact is, my ok stuff has been better than the ass my opponents have been dropping. Caustic this week, that first punch was played to fuck.. that is why I flipped it back on him that way. And then his second punch was again played to fuck. Saying if I don't drop Original, its cause I planned on dropping good. The played factor is immense even if its a flip on my name. ok, the nameflip gives it an additional element of ok shit.. but the wording was on some fucking 2002 shit.. just basic as hell so it reads gay and doesn't come off harsh at all.

All I'm saying is most people are giving props to shit that shouldn't be getting it, and that goes for my stuff to. I've seen some of you give props to punches I've dropped that shouldn't have been getting them.

I'm only bitching to try and help you in the league.

The point I am trying to make is that it ain't just my battles, although I use them for an example because I haven't really peeped any other of the current battles other than the one I voted on.

I am trying to help everyone by showing them what is garbage and what is good. They are flipping old shit poorly, fact. I have been doing this longer than probably all of you. That doesn't necessarily make me the god of text, but it means I can speak from experience.

I used to drop straight ass and think it was dope because I was too arrogant to realise it was garbage, like a lot of people in this league. I learned eventually to take the criticism when it MADE SENSE and it has helped me to elevate.

People can't turn that around on me, because everyone voting on this only comments on shit like "yeah, good wording.. solid punch." They don't actually comment on how the punch is actually good.

I'm simply trying to help everyone here elevate their game. That's all.

^well its definately appreciated. But its week 4, you can't assume that this is going to be the overall way the leagues going to continue going. I'm still recruiting, i have been emailing good heads.
