^^^dude i agree with what u said the most...but i just thought what i posted in this thread had a point too i never said u didnt have a better point...i agreed with my post before ya'll started posting..obviously we wouldnt need any of it unless we were racist but if we do have just pride in our race then we're racist and pride is one of the things we do need

lol, you dont understand man... there are always going to be poor people and rich people, we can't make EVERYBODY rich, and thats not the purpose of organizations such as the NAACP. The purpose is to fix the huuuuuge gap in education and wealth between whites and blacks... YES, the percentages. nobody thinks everybody should be rich; the PERCENTAGE of blacks to whites living in poverty should just be a whoooooole lot closer. thats the point.

that is an irrelevant argument... you have to look at what happened on such of a large scale in the US and caused the economic situation that we're in, and thats the slavery of blacks in the United States. the fact that "whites have been slaves before" is completely irrelevant because it obviously didnt have any effect on our society.
