The word 'nigga' is used in a whole different concept nowadays,especially in music.

In music its used as a filler word,and even if a white person did say it it wouldnt make any difference.

Its still used as modern day slang...

A LOT of white kids use the word 'nigga' ..its jus sumin thats used.It aint mean anything no more anyway...so fuck it who really gives a fuck.

nigger and nigga are the same thing. It's the context and the difference between stupid and fool like i stated earlier. if you are friends you can say hey fool. If you're not friends they get insulted. Thats nigga (as nigga can be used aggressivly as well dumbasses, so it don't mean friend or pal as earlier stated). Nigger is similar to stupid as no matter how you say it and who you say it to, it's hard to make stupid sound cool.

and just as a response to an eariler post, when i'm hanging out with my brother and we talk, we occasionly call eachother things. We say "shut up you stupid nigger" (yes with an ER *gasps*) and laugh. It's all the same guys really it is. THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE.
