Lol, what? You've never studied the origins of the bible either, right?
But I suppose you've read it. Shit, I seriously hope to say the minimal.. Because well, let's drop a 100% factual statement about this shit... the gospels? "Divinely inspired". interpret that as you will... Any history regarding the writings of Apostle Paul (almost half of the New Testament itself as interpreted!) can be self interpreted and scientifically to its utmost determined as false or true, as well. and last but not least, even if it were determined, that doesn't explain how some of the bible is really leaning towards fact. It doesn't explain how modern scientists and historians look to the bible as a source of factual information to the past, and have pieced together a web of people by simply using the bible. So interpret it as God's mouth or not, I don't interpret Divinely Inspired as such.
