I'm not quite sure if I'm on to something or not...But I believe DrasticOutlaw might be either D/R ILL Tempa, or they may be from the same crew and Drastic is voting for ILL, or they might be runnin a voting ring thing, I don't really know for sure!? But I've looked at two of ILL's battles and in both of them, Drastic has voted for ILL, plus...At the bottom of their sigs, they both have little boxes with words in the middle, exactly the same basically, might be a helping tool to the "Mods" or whoever handles this kind of thing...
