An empty pit in my stomach, blood rushes into my head
Hunger has once done it, still here wishing I was dead Easy come easy go, life is just like a soon to be lost friend Cuz nothing I could do but rest, cuz time’s ticking to an end All alone in the wilderness hearing growls from afar Scared to death cuz I don’t know what or who they are But after time goes by I realize that it’s my stomach Days wit out food, still standing, I don’t know how I done it Walking throughout the forest loosing my breath Energy is fading, still thinking...knowing I rather choose death But such a great famine, day by day I know this will be no more God damn it, what is this...what a smell...I see a house wit a open door Walking to it I see total darkness, pitch black then I see nothing more Den a shatter dream disturbed by an awoken truth that I was poor Still laying knowing that my hunger will be everlasting Cuz this is not just a hunger out of food but a dream that will neva happen But physically and emotionally will always disturb me And after death is the only time people now heard me A hunger is defiantly more disturbing when is something you always dwelt wit But a dream chased is a dream waiting for but I’m just a orphan that can’t help it get at me... |
