Battles:
All of the battles will be chosen at random, except the title matches which are based on points. If you wish to request a battle with somebody pm one of the mods and we will do our best to arrange it. Once the battle is posted, opponents will agree on a line limit in their check in posts. No less than eight (8) lines. There is no maximum, but try to keep it reasonable so your battle will get a good amount of votes. Battles will be posted on Monday, with check ins due Wednesday and verses due Friday. Once both verses have been dropped, votes will be due by Sunday.

Voting:
Everybody in the league must vote on at least four (4) battles, and leave all of the links in a seperate post. This rule will be enforced heavily, and for each link you don't post you will be deducted three (3) votes off of your total.

Ladder Ranking System:
When you sign in for the first time you will start out with 0 points. After that your ranking, in points, will follow this ranking system:
[center]Winning a battle by KO - +3 Points
Winning a battle w/o a KO - +2 Points
Draw - 0 Points
Loss - -1 Point
No Showing - -2 points (Plus a 2 week suspension)

Title Matches
Title matches are going to be the battles in which the people with the highest points in rankings battle. However, if you have a title match and lose you will not be allowed to participate in that title match the following week, no matter where you are in points.

Resetting Records
This league will go into a "playoff" type of single elimination tournament after a pre determined amount of weeks. After that tournament one person will be crowned the "champion" of that season, and then records will be reset.

Gimmick Matches
There is a chance that you will be in a "gimmick match." This means there will be a unique stipulation, such as dissing yourself, using a list of words, etc. The same rules regardling line limits, voting, etc. will be followed in the gimmick matches.

No Showing
If you no show not only will you lose two points from your ranking, you will also be suspended for two (2) weeks. After those two weeks you will be moved to the Signed Out list. You will need to sign back in to get another battle after you serve the suspension.

Signing Out of KLL
If you decide to sign out of KLL you will not be given a battle the following week. As long as you didn't no show, you will be free to sign back in at any time, however your record and point total will not be reset. If you sign out in the middle of the week you will still be required to vote on battles.
