There's no right answer to this, no matter how you take it.

This Sentence Is False, - Your telling me that the sentence your speaking of is totally untrue therefore in no way could I believe it.
And I'm Lying To You - In context, if you said this to someone the simple answer is that even though you told me the sentence was false, by directly telling me your a liar afterward then the sentence would be true.

But, if you take the double speak into account then it becomes a paradox which can't technically be solved because you could never make everyone believe that your telling the truth if your a liar.
No matter how hard you try to convince people that there is a definite answer someone will always debate it because you've directly told them that you can't be trusted.

There is no answer to questions like this, its like the one about going into the past and killing your grandfather, would you exist?

I believe there is no definite answer to any question that's based on a person's morals.
If your particular morals are that your a habitual liar.
You could still find someone who says your honest.

Therefore, any question that presents a paradox or anything of the sort. Has two answers, the sentence could be true that your lying, or it could be true that that sentence is false.

Either way there's no way to definitely solve the riddle.
