DON'T take Creatine. I wrestled for quite a few years and some of the dudes on my team had taken it. Shit just adds fat, not muscle. Eat Whey protein bars and down a few protein shakes a week and you'll be fine. Creatine is not the way to go.

Some people have a hard time gaining weight. Plus, it's not really "not natural" to drink protein shakes or eat the bars. You're just picking the food and drinks that contain the nutrients to help you gain weight.

if you're in a rush to gain muscles, you're gonna be putting way more work on your body than you actually need to. You gotta work on your body's schedule, not your egos.


oh yeah, and what are you trying to do, gain power, or size? The routines are diffrent and there's differnet types of "muscles".
